1 week old routine

I need to get in some sort of routine with my son. I feel like I’m left with nothing for us to do while he is sleeping or that all he does is sleep, eat and we also do 5 min of tummy time for 2X a day. What else are y’all doing with y’all’s 1 week old that I can incorporate into my daily routine.
