Feel like a horrible mom - bruises on baby

I seriously feel like the worse mom. Today my son got scratched from another kid at daycare. Then I wasn’t paying attention to him while we were in his room and he tripped over a big floor pillow and hit his head on the corner of a drawer that was closed. He got a huge gash in his ear and a big purple bump on his head the size of a raspberry. He had a horrible day and I’m mad at myself for having furniture in the house that could cause this and I wasn’t paying attention. I was in the room with him but on the phone
