Trigger shot or pregnant ?

Question

So I started with provera, then letrozole, I had 2 good size follicles so they gave me a trigger shot. Now 11 days past trigger shot I have cramps and little twitching pains in my left ovary (only one I have) with burst of nausea and fatigue??? Are these symptoms of the letrozole or the HCG shot or could I be pregnant?

Could be from the trigger shot, of could be from progesterone after ovulation, could be a possible pregnancy or even period coming. Hormones can be crazy and cause a lot of symptoms.
