I think my bf is lying to me. What should I do?

We've been dating a few years and living together. He's been loyal, but I felt suspicion in the past since he never really wants to have sex and barely initiates physical intimacy with me. So, I looked on his laptop before a few months ago and saw saved pics of random women posed sexually with privates showing. I confronted him about this before and told him I looked in his laptop, asking why he did this, saying I'm not ok with it. Well I got another gut feeling recently, so I looked again and found out he's been getting emails from work about how he has been missing work for a while, today included. He has not told me he hasn't been at work. In fact, a few months ago he was calling out frequently due to illness then lack of motivation to go. I urged him he had to start going back and see a counselor. He told me he was going back and didn't need to see a counselor. Well, it's all been a lie. Idk what to say or do.
