Biting 1 yr old

I need advice 😩 my daughter is 13 months and in daycare. First time mom here btw. I found out today she has been biting her friends there and hitting/pulling hair. I was not made aware of this until today through a write up about her. She does have her back 2 molers coming in and I know that’s not an excuse for the biting but she has been putting everything in her mouth. I’m not sure how to handle this or communicate to her that it’s not ok to do that. She talks but only a few words. So I can’t have her tell me she needs something to bite. I don’t want this to get worse or have them kick her out. I honestly have been doing this alone and I’m trying my best but I feel like I kinda failed in this department.
