Early labor symptoms ?

Hi everyone so i recently was in the hospital and they told me i had a uti n that what was causing my braxton hicks but it's been 2 days since i been on the medication and the contractions got worse to the point i just have an ongoing back ache , could i be dilating or something else ? i'm 33 weeks also
