Running away

Anyone elses toddler running away from you and looking you dead in the eye when u ask them to stop laugh and continue to run away its got to a point were she actually ran out of a ice cream cafe door and into the car park today we barely use our pram anymore or highchairs and i didnt want to start relying on a pram again as im pregnant any tips to stop the running away we have wrist reigns which i use in certain places but not something i want to use at a park
