Anyone seen anything like this?

Feels like blood maybe filled with it, like a boil but it doesn’t hurt or not sore. Not sure what it’s from… I did have a white head there previously and I tried to pop it so maybe I squeeze too much in a sensitive area??? Dr never said anything when I was breast checked.
