Autoimmune questions

Sorry if this is long. I have been going to the doctors for 13 years with the same complaints with no answers and the symptoms are getting worse. I am so frustrated I need help. Pain in both sides that ranges from an 8-9 in the mornings to a 6-7 throughout the day. Extreme fatigue where it is hard to get out of bed no matter how much I sleep and most days I need a nap. I have had purple rashes on my breasts for a few years in the picture it looks red but they are purple.

Last summer I started getting rashes after being in the sun.

I went to the doctor but he couldn’t get me in the day I had it so I showed him pictures and he said I am probably just allergic to the sun and told me to take Claritin. I am still getting the rashes. I have had Bells Palsy twice during this time period. I was just diagnosed with raynauds. After being diagnosed with Raynauds they are sending me for autoimmune testing. I have been waiting for 6 months to get in because they are busy still without an appointment. Has anyone else had anything like this? What might this be so I can research before I see the doctor? What has helped you if this is similar to what you have been through? Thank you in advance
