Is 37 weeks too late for a baby shower?

Nope have it when you want, but you could also wait until the baby is already here too!

My shower was at 38 weeks with my son and he was born 4 days later ☺️
Fortunately I went into nesting mode after the shower and got everything washed and organized

There isn't anything wrong with having a "welcome baby shower".

Yes!! The earlier the better I say! Gives you time to buy anything else needed and no worries about early labor. My son was born at 38weeks. I had my baby shower when I 28 weeks i think

My first baby was born at 36 weeks, thank goodness I had my shower at 34 weeks.

I don't think so my aunt had hers at 36 weeks , although her water did break BUT she still got all the wonderful gifts for the baby !
