Twins = Earlier/darker positive?

Is it true that carrying multiples could make your test show a positive sooner and have a darker line?

Possibly..I'm guessing but I would say twins would cause higher hcg which would effect the test

Mine were super dark! I thought it was twins but it was just one baby

I'm having twins and my test wasn't darker. I got my first positive at 14 DPO. Positive digital at 15 DPO. Now 15+6.

When I had my daughter I found out I was pregnant around 10dpo and every test I showed became positive instantly and the line was super dark. Only one baby though.

My cousin havibg twins her  test was no darker

I was convinced it was twins. It showed up as soon as the pee hit the stick. This was 16 dpo. He's now 3 months old and there was only one. Although I did ask the sonographer if she was positive lol.
