I'm freaking out on having an epidural. I feel like I'm more scared of the epidural then labor it's self . I have been weighing out the pros and cons on it and feel like I'm selfish if I have one due to what it can do to the baby. I'm scared of what the long terms effects . I have been completely natural till this point haven't taken any kind of pills even stop using dorterent . I'm 31 weeks and time is moving fast please help !
