Help!
My 3 year old recently transferred to a toddler bed. While she still had her crib, I slept next to her on a spare bed that was in the room, and it evolved into her climbing intobed with me in the middle of the night. She's slept in the same room as me since she was born. We cut her off from sleeping with me cold turkey at the same time as transitioning her to her toddler bed.
She has been waking up every 1-2 hours at night crying, and I need to fix this. So I've been going in there each time and laying next to her on the floor until she falls back asleep. I'm unsure if I should let her cry it out (we've never done that), or if there's a different strategy I should try.
If anyone has any ideas, this very tired momma would appreciate the help.
