Is it okay to give my 3 month old a bath every night ?

Yes! We did that with my 1st. We didn’t use soap daily though as it’s not good for their skin. We soaped up every 3 days

Personally I don’t, we wash her hands neck face and anywhere else milk could get daily, and then a full bath every 2-3 days. Her skin is pretty sensitive and gets dry & cradle cap-y if we bathe too often but does great with this routine with lotion after
