How much do tampons hurt for the first use?

If you are sexuallt active, nope but if you aren't then I guess so but relax and I would recommend inserting as soon as you come out of shower(dont wipe the water away down there, it kinda makes it easier to go in) ;)

i've been using them for years and they don't hurt unless you put it in wrong or don't put it in all the way

Just make sure it is in all the way! My first time hurt a lot because I didn't realize it wasn't in all the way. Anyways, It will feel weird the first couple of times but you will eventually forget that you even have one in you. Don't worry, read the instructions and you'll be okay☺️

My first time it didn't hurt at all to insert it. Get the playtex gentle glide. It has directions on how to insert it. You can also lay down to insert it which is a little easier at first until you get the hang of things. If it's inserted right, you won't feel a thing. I usually leave mine in until I see a little blood on the string. If you take it out too soon, it can hurt because it's not full enough. But it's not unbearable pain. Just relax. Using tampons was the best decision ever for me.

When I first used it, I got the applicator tampons, they're easier to use than the normal ones.
It didn't hurt when it was going in but once it expanded and it was time for me to take it out, it hurt like a bitch, maybe it was because I was tensing but it still hurt bad.. Just relax and you should be fine

Mine did! But that's because I put in a super plus tanpon for the first time. Don't do that.

They shouldn't hurt! If it does take it out and try again! If it doesn't get better after the first couple of times I would try a different brand. Personally some hurt and some don't! Just try brands till you find what works best!
