Possibly TMI WHAT IS THIS? 🫤 pimple side of toe

I’ve had this under skin pimple on the side of my big  toe about 2 weeks I’m not sure what to do for it to go away? 
The crusty dry skin is normal for me, I’ve had excessively dry feet for many years but I filed the area down with a pumice today and it started bleeding a bit I am unsure what to do, it hurts while I wear sneakers.

It’s definitely a wart. It’s not really a huge deal just get a doctor to look at it and they will give u some stuff to help in case it spreads.
