Inducing during day vs night?

Question

I was induced with my first at 38 weeks at 8am. Due to possible pre eclampsia and second week with high blood pressure my midwife (different hospital) wants to induce me by Sunday night at the latest. Does it make a difference to induce at night vs day?

Not medically. 
Logistically for you it might. Does your partner have to work/get out of work that day? Do you have other kids to arrange childcare for? Might be easier to have someone come at night while they sleep then take care of them the next day when baby will probably be born. 
If you get a choice, just think it through and see what’s more convenient for you and your family. But medically speaking, there’s no difference between day and night besides you might be more rested if you induce and labor down during the day after a night of sleep (if you’re even getting that these days 😅).
