not intense and frequent orgasms

ok so i’m not sure if this is normal but when i masturbate I feel like i don’t have as intense orgasms. when i first started masturbating it took a loooong while to get there but it was a really good feeling. now i feel like they have gotten wayyyy less intense. whenever i masturbate i continue to masturbate until i’m tired, and i have very frequent but not intense orgasms. not like two or three i’m talking like 30+. how can i get back to the more intense orgasms? is it because i am continuing to masturbate after i already cum?
