5w4d spotting

Yesterday I had very little light pink spotting which I only noticed when I wiped but it was barely there . Only seen once yesterday. Well this morning I just woke up and went to the rest room and when I wiped I noticed this. I cramp on and off but nothing to painful. Just a slight pulling sensation here and there through the day and it never stays long. Well I had also been experiencing really sore breast/nipples up until this morning. Now the soreness has vanished. I had similar symptoms happen last year (plus bad cramps) when I miscarried. Could that be happening again?
