What are some lunch ideas for a 2 1/2 year old who is picky while at daycare? She’ll only eat fruit so far. I got a message from her teacher and she hasn’t been eating the lunchables we were sending that my LO said she was eating

Maybe go to the grocery store with them and have them help you pick out some foods and have them help pack their own lunch. Sometimes if it is their idea and a process they are a part of it makes it so they will eat it. Otherwise just rotate some things in that she might eat and try. Not much else you can do with picky eaters but keep offering and see .

Sometimes my kids went through stages of not eating at preschool, they get distracted. I packed a bento box with stuff like plain noodles, pretzels, fruit, peanut butter crackers etc, sometimes they barely ate it but then that was their after school snack.
