Twin nursery or split?

After having them and sharing sleep..would you split them up into their own nurseries?

My OB has a set of twins & he told me to keep my twins together because it helps them sleep better.

Our twins are 4 years old now. We had them in the same room with separate cribs until they were 1. (They went straight to the NICU in separate incubators after they were born so they were never together in the same bed) Then we bought a house that allowed us  to give them each their own room. That was a blessing for our family. Ultimately, it’s what works best for your family.

I will keep them together but in separate cribs. At 8m+ I will move my youngest who will be 2 yrs old in same room. 
I think I would like all my kids to stay together till the age 5-6
