Will I be okay ??? 😫😫😫

So I’ve been sick with a cold and now it’s gone but I’m sick now with something else, yesterday afternoon I made myself a sandwich on top of the mini oven it has some white dots on top very small ones but I thought it was powder. I swiped my hand over the mini oven to make sure I didn’t get much on my sandwich I microwaved my sandwich too. Before leaving this morning to the supermarket I walked into the kitchen and asked what smells my partner said he just sprayed the oven and not to touch it because there where LARVE BUGS THAT HAD HATCHED. I forgot about the but infestation we had and my partner said he cleaned the kitchen and wiped everything down I guess that didn’t include the mini oven lol. I’ve been up all night I was shitting green poo every less than half an hour I vomited only a tiny bit and now my ass feels wiggly will I be okay what should I do!!! I’ve called the drs but they where booked so I have a call with them tomorrow but I’m so scared!!!
