Is it pregnancy or diabetes?

So today I've noticed I've been going to the bathroom a lot. I haven't drunk anything in the past 2 hours and I've been to the bathroom maybe twice every hour. I was reading online that it might be because of diabetes does anyone know anything about this ?

I also have the same thing. I'm defiantly not pregnant and I've had numerous blood tests assure me I'm not diabetic. 
I'm still trying to get to the bottom of my issue :( if it does continue maybe see the doctor and hopefully they can help xx

It could also be a uti or something else. Peeing a lot is a symptom of a lot of things, it's best to see a doctor if it's pervasive.
