Hurting erection

When my penis gets hard it hurts just the top of my penis only when it's erection and I cum quick when to a urologist who was rude and rushy and said I broke my dick. I don't think that's actually the issue the pressure feels like someone squeezing the top of my dick any thoughts on what this could be please help TIA
