12dpo cramping

I got faint positives on a few tests at 8dpo, 10dpo and 11dpo. I have a very bad history of chemical pregnancies especially in the past year, so i’m kinda scared the cramps are gonna end up in me bleeding. but so far the lines are progressing from what it seems. so far my symptoms are veryyyyyy sore nipples and breasts along with nausea and vomiting, food aversions, moody, and just feeling like i’m sharing my body? if that makes sense. has anyone had cramps after positive tests and been okay? really need some good stories rn lol.
