Dark / Old Blood Discharge

I know that dark/brown discharge is old blood. But it has been steady going on for almost TWO WEEKS. Then this morning I woke up to it being so heavy I had to put a tampon in. I have never experienced this. I am still 2ish weeks from my next period…

Anyone experienced this or have any words of wisdom? I’m tired of it 😖
