5weeks 1day pregnant and bleeding

Hello so I’ve not been to the doctors yet to have my first midwife app.

But yesterday I had some brown discharge which then followed by light spotting, I put a panty liner on to see how much there is and the panty liner isn’t over flowing by any means but there is still blood there and when I wipe, I’m going to call the hospital today but I’m concerned!

I know some people say this can be normal and there’s not enough blood for it to be like a period but has anyone had this and their baby still been okay? I do have some very light cramping also!

So worrying 😟!!
