Missed progesterone

Please be kind. I’m freaking out. I had my embryo transfer 2 days ago. We had some events that happened yesterday and completely forgot the progesterone injection in 12 hours later. I feel devastated. We have done everything correctly on time until this. Please anyone please words of encouragement. Did we completely lose this cycle from the error. I’m beating myself up horribly.
