HELP: is this my period?!
so my birth control has 4 sugar pills and i usually start spotting on my fourth pill and my period comes the next day while im taking my first active pill from a new pack.
however, today i will be taking my second active pill and im STILL ONLY spotting. ive had horrible cramps. ive also just dealt with exams and a breakup.
i’ve been spotting for about 3 days now. could this be implantation bleeding???
