Nappy Rash
Hi, I’m a FTM. My bub has terrible nappy rash from time to time. I apply sudocrem on the rash and i really struggle to clear it during the next nappy change. How do you all do it? Do you clear it out completely with wipes with every nalpy change or re apply with a little bit still left on the skin? I dont want to irritate his skin by rubbing too much..
