Urine sample for my baby

So I took my baby in for his 6 month check up and vaccines. So now my breastfed baby is weighing in the 40th percentile instead of 60. So his Dr told me there is a 20 % chance he could have a urinary infection. Either that or im failing at starting solids with him I guess (I breastfeed on demand and started solids at 6 months bananas avocaod apples etc) he turned 6 months 10 days ago. So he explained to me I have to wash my baby down there and then leave him nakey and basically just wait till he peed and catch it in the cup 🤔. Lol yeah like its that easy. My baby rolls all around and even scoots is on his way to crawling so its hard to keep him in one spot with a cup in my hand lol. So i turned around for a sec and of course hes on his belly on his play matt and just surrounded in pee. So im like fuck he peed!!!!!! I told the girl that helps me to come please and help me out lol I didnt know how to save this pee!!! But now I’m just wondering if putting it from my play matt was even safe thing to do? Btw our play matts are super clean we don’t even wear shoes in the house so the girl that helps me told me that everything in here is clean anyways. So I agreed. She put it all in the cup with a spoon!!!! Anyways… my question is would this affect the urine sample results for my baby? Considering we use sterilized new urine cups sample to put the urine in…. TIA! I hope nothing is wrong with what I did. I held this cup for more than 2 hrs and I couldnt get him vaccinated until I did the urine sample So I needed to get it done.
