Uncontrollable Food cravings

Hello ladies,

I'm not sure whether I'm the only one. But two or three days after my period finishes, my cravings suddenly tripled the usual. The craving doesn't start immediately after my period ends, but a couple days after.

I start snacking on pieces of toast because I thought the carbs will help me settle it.... unfortunately it doesn't and half a loaf is suddenly gone minutes later. Then I start snacking on sugar and still no success...

I am not a big fan of red meat but is it what you have to eat after you have lost so much blood? If anyone is on the same boat, what food helps cravings after your period?

I just ended up hating myself at the end of the day demolishing the pantry and fridge because I don't usually do.
