Blood Clot - NOT on my period

Hey guys!

History: I have stage 2 endo and had a mirena inserted 5 months ago.

I started getting really bad cramps so i went to the bathroom. After doing a number one i looked in the bowl and found this blood clot. It is definitely from my vagina - having some pinkish dishcharge when i wipe. Does anyone know what this could mean? I’ve been having really bad cramps since the mirena but this was terrible pain. I almost felt relieved when the clot came out but still got a bit of lingering pain.

I am not on my period and haven’t experienced any bleeding or spotting for 3/4 weeks now.

Please help a girl out 😬🥰
