Baby Wipes for Adults

Are baby wipes okay to use for adults? Specifically for the vagina. I use a pH balance wipe now, but I’ve been noticing that baby wipes are cheaper for the quantity you get out of them. They’re also for sensitive skin which the ones I use aren’t. I just want to know if anyones used them down there with no issues. Specifically, I use wipes for when it’s my menstrual or after sexy time when I can’t get into a shower fast enough.
