Cramping before period

Hello all

So I’m due for my period today Thursday 4/28 . Nothing has showed yet. Now Tuesday of this week .. 2 days ago I had a bad cramping achy day at work. I mean I cramped from the time I woke up 5:30am until maybe 6/7 that night. I pooped alll day long I mean back and forth to the bathroom at work . Wednesday came and went , no cramps at all. Maybe a few here and there but not like it was Tuesday . Took a test Wednesday also it was negative. And did I mention so many hot flushes . I’ve been flushing for maybe a week now. I thought it was just my period coming but could I be pregnant ? Could that cramping Tuesday could’ve been implantation cramping ? Please help me .
