SWOLLEN CLITORIS

Soooo ladiessss.

I recently just used a new soap and a photo of it will be below. Immediately after using it, it irritated my vulva. My Clitoris is swollen… or enlarged and it hurts to touch. Also, my inner lips are red and look irritated as well. My clit slightly burns when I urinate. Is there any suggestions on what I can do to help to pain/swelling/burning/irritation??? Has anyone else been through this before? I used it on my face too and my face was extremely tight after using it. (Like a strong allergy treatment you know) so if my face reacted that way imagine my vagina. & the fun part is I only used it on the part where hair grows, not on the inside of my outer lips. Apparently the soap dripped in between the cracks. Pleaseeee help. Or should I go to the ER for the swelling????
