My period was 5 days late and still negative hormones are just all over the place hopefully they get better next cycle for you

You may have miscalculated when you ovulated. Mine was a week late last month, but I knew I ovulated late. I get small cramps and spotting when ovulate. It could be stress or hormones or numerous other things. I would check in with your doctor once you are more than a week late and urine tests are still negative. Good luck.
