Condoms for smaller guys?

So my boyfriend had to move away while our relationship was still fairly new. So we never had a chance to be intimate. However we stayed together and worked through the distance. I absolutely love and adore him and were going to be getting together in June and have talked about being intimate.

He confided in me recently that he is small in length. And I've come to find that a "normal" condom is not going to work. I absolutely don't care about his size and I'm not even sure if we'll have sex with penetration, maybe just other forms of intimacy, but I do want to be as prepared as possible.

So what are some condoms or other barriers we could use for him? Also does anyone have any tips for being with someone smaller? I know he's really self conscious about it ❤️

"Regular" condoms - I mean the ones commercially available at the doctors offices or drug stores.

His measurements put him into the micro category (under 3" when erect) so the condoms you buy at Walmart are going to be too long and too wide.

He is a virgin, so he has not been sexually active or physically intimate with anyone before.
