Can y'all do an app for those that can't have babies or don't want any?!!!!!

I mean I'm sick and tired of seeing all this babies stuffs on the HOT page.

There should at least be a way to filter or censor the stuff we don't wanna see.

Like I need to create a list of blocked phrases.
