When I was checked at 36 weeks I was told I was 3cm 75-80% effaced. This is my third baby, but the first two I was induced at 37 weeks due to high blood pressure. So far no blood pressure issues this time! When I was induced with my first two I was still 3 cm a week later, so I know being 3 cm really doesn’t mean a whole lot. I do feel contractions here and there, but nothing painful and consistent. I have a little low back pain today. I’m hoping to make it at least a couple more weeks, so my question is anyone make it to 39 weeks when they were dilated to a 3 at 36 weeks?
