How long til you tell your boss?

I'm almost 4 weeks. When did everyone tell their boss their pregnant?

I am telling them after 12 weeks

I told them as soon as we found out. That way m(heaven forbid) if anything happened they would know the whole situation.

Thanks ladies! I ask because I am an ER nurse and I don't want to get in with pts who I'm not allowed to be around being I'm pregnant. So I think I might yell at least my manager after my first doc appointment.

My boss found out cuz i work for my OBGYN doctor anyways but typically in someone elses circumsatnces, wait til after 12 weeks so u dont look stupid having ur whole job find out and u miscarry (god forbid u dont) and have to face the whole office keep reminding u if ur okay and it makes it harder on u to keep moving on from it.  So if i were u, wait til ur 4months

I got really sick, with HG so I had to tell around 5 weeks
