Period different than normal

Everytime I’ve got my period since so was 12 I’ve had 2-3 days before my period where I get cramps and really emotional and then on my period I get cramps in my stomach back my cooch and my healing broken hip everyday and that’s about it. My period came about 2 weeks earlier then normal and I didn’t get cramps or emotional but the day before I got my period I keep feeling like I had to pee constantly but never had to pee and my cooch hurts but not like a cramp it actually like hurts idk how to explain it. I’ve been working out lots recently and on a slight diet but nothing strict could that be why it’s so different or is there somthing wrong
