Baby carrier to help support over shoulder carrying?

Does anyone have any tricks for using a baby carrier or know of one to help carry a baby that only wants to be over your shoulder and not lying their head on your chest? 😅 my arms are so tired! She’s 8 weeks now and I have to go back to work soon so I’m hoping I can figure something out that works for us since I’ll be watching her and working. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense I’m so sleep deprived 😂

Look into a ring sling.
But, basically if you get up to date with carrier/wrap safety, that one is not considered a safe newborn position in any carrier, even if it is possible.
