With a chemical pregnancy, do you always bleed? I had a positive test, a faint line yesterday but today I had a vvvfl so faint you can barely see it. Could it just be hcg level fluctuating? Is that normal in early pregnancy? I haven’t had any spotting or bleeding. I’ve cramped but they only last a minute then they are gone. I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow, I just don’t want to get my hopes up…
