miscarriage?

pls someone help me clarify. i took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it came back negative my period was almost a week late but i got it yesterday. it has been heavier than usual with worse cramps and back pain and today i passed this. did i miscarry?

That is not a foetus, it’s the lining of your uterus. Sometimes it’s expels in formed tissue. 
I highly doubt you’ve suffered a miscarriage especially since you have negative pregnancy test. 
If your periods continue to be late on a regular basis you should seek attention from you dr.

that’s your uterine line shedding which is normal , if you took a test two weeks ago and it’s negatives then you are/was not pregnant plus two weeks ago is still very early you wouldn’t see a fetus just yet a early miscarriage such as 4-6 weeks mostly be heavy bleeding and blood clots that’s about it

If you didn’t have a positive test there’s no reason to assume miscarriage. It’s just a heavy period.
