Confused ????

This month my period was really light, I had dull aching cramps, and it started Sunday but it’s about to end today as it’s only like spotting now. Every other month since I was 14 I have a heavy period, debilitating cramps and it lasts about a week. The last few days I’ve had like pms symptoms just more intense I guess. I expected to ovulate on the 8/9th. I did have fertile type cm around those days and had sex on the 9th & 11th. I took tests and had blood work. Tests were negative and blood test was 2 weeks ago at <1 hcg. I’m so confused as to what’s happening.
