Has anyone tried for twins naturally and gotten them?

You can't try for twins naturally. You would need a medication to release multiple eggs..  Even then it's not guaranteed and they'd be fraternal..  You can't produce identical twins naturally..  Your body has. To do it on its own

I've heard of a village in Africa that has a really high rate of twins, like crazy high. They found that it was due to yams being the main food source. Something in yams (I forget what it is) can increase rates of twins.
