You’re not the only one. It absolutely terrifies me, tbh.  You’re exactly right - it doesn’t just affect those who choose to have abortions for birth control or whatnot (which is still their choice!!). It is going to have a massive affect on medical terminations as well. Knew a girl who was in Texas with their insane anti-abortion laws whose baby died in the womb… she couldn’t pass the baby on her own, so she went to the doctor. They wouldn’t prescribe her the medicine to help start contractions bc it is medically considered an “abortion” and the doctor was too scared of being jailed/fined/losing his license. Told her to wait a bit longer.  She ended up going septic and almost died! There wasn’t even a baby to SAVE at that point!!
Her story isn’t the only one like it and there are about to be thousands more. Your baby has a horrific disability that is incompatible with life and will be in pain?? Too bad. You’re pregnant and discover the pregnancy may very well kill both you and the baby? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh well. 
Overturning Roe vs Wade and making abortions illegal doesn’t stop abortions - medical or otherwise. They have existed since humanity has. The only thing it does is remove access to SAFE procedures done by medical professionals and not in the back of a van or in someone’s kitchen. I saw a post here a couple weeks ago where a young girl was desperate for one and was doing anything she could think of, including literally considering sticking a wire hanger into herself to end her pregnancy, because she had no other option (and this was a girl who lived in a state where abortions were legal. She just didn’t have the funds.). Like the woman above, there are about to be thousands of women in this position.  
Banning abortion doesn’t end abortion. It just causes a lot of needless deaths of young women. No babies are being saved. This is the reality of what happens.

I only keep saying it's scary. I don't know what else to do. All I can think about was that poor woman in TX that was arrested and jailed after she had a miscarriage only to be freed and not prosecuted because she did nothing wrong. She had to have a miscarriage in jail by herself with no support. Like, wtf. Oh, but she wasn't charged. She continued to have her miscarriage in jail. Just sad and scared for all of us.

I’m also very scared. I’m studying to be a special education teacher. When I start applying for jobs, I plan to work at a Title 1 school. I’ve already had my first field-experience at a title 1 school, and in this area it was extremely rough. Many of the students I worked with experienced lots of trauma and are working with social workers due to the different unhealthy living situations they’re in. 
Even before all of this, many women kept their children instead of getting abortions because of guilt, but even when they keep the child they cannot provide the love and care it needs. Soon, we’re gonna have women who need/want abortions, but won’t be able to because of this, which means more youths won’t get the love and care they need and deserve.

Not only that, they are coming for a bunch of other previously court affirmed constitutional rights too:
“Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas on Friday called for overturning the constitutional rights the court had affirmed for access to contraceptives and LGBTQ rights in an opinion concurring with the majority to decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.”
