All natural fertility supplements?? Anyone had success?

I am thinking about trying out some all natural methods to increase my odds with TTC. Has anyone ever taken anything that helped??

My friend just got pregnant after 4 years TTC doing fertility massage, fertility yoga, and meditation.  I just started doing the same as I'm 7 years in to the TTC journey. I can tell a difference in how relaxed I am.  I'll jump back to this post come January and let you know how it goes 😉
