Idk how old your kids are but you should apologize to them. Let them know your feelings got the best of you and explain to them why. We’re all humans and we make mistakes, let them know you feel terrible and you’ll work on it.

Dont beat yourself up for yelling , we get overwhelmed an frustrated. When I do I take a min to myself. Go to them explain why I raised my voice at them an give them hugs and kisses.

It happens and it sucks every time without exception. 
Take a few moments to collect yourself and then talk with your child. If the yelling was warranted, a saftey issue or correction of behavior then assert the reason why you yelled but then apologize for the manner in which you did. If you legit flew off the handle for no reason, then just apologize for it.
